A Monumental Victory! DC Gun Ban is struck down by the U.S. Supreme Court!!! The first line in the Syllabus states. 1."The Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within a home. "The U.S. Supreme Court Strikes down 32 year ban on being able to own a handgun in Washington, D.C. All nine justices agree the Second Amendment does protect an individual's right!
